  My experiences at this particular PNC is horrible. I wish that I didn't have to give any stars. There is not one person at this branch that I have dealt with, has any type of personality at all. Now, don't get me wrong, they were doing there job and protecting the account of my employer. However, they did not do it with kindness nor tact. The 2 ladies that worked with me to cash a check that my employer written, were in fact managers and they were the worst; no customer service skills at all. They could not recognize the signature on a large check that was written from my job and that was ok. They were taking the steps that they should to make sure that I was not stealing but they made me feel as if I was a criminal. After standing at the window for about 15 minutes without an utterance from her, I finally had to ask her if there was a problem. A good customer service teller would have explained to me what was going on (with a smile) and ask me to take a seat. I had to ask her if she wanted me to sit down. No way would I ever, and I mean ever open an account here. Treat people with respect and kindness and SMILE for goodness sake.
